Zenith Expands Regular Chronomaster Collection With Green And Meteorite Dials
Zenith also starts the LVMH week with a green chronograph and therefore it seems that the chosen color is that of hope.
Last year, Zenith launched the limited edition of the Aaron Rodgers Chronomaster Sport, which not only stands out for its green tone but also came for the first time with Arabic numerals, which we immediately liked, and now an identical version arrives in the same tone but with a different layout.
But let’s start with the similarities, which are many, starting with the steel case that comes with the same dimensions of 41mm wide, 13.80m high and 47mm lug distance, which features a brushed finish on the surfaces and polished on the sides, tachymeter ceramic green bezel, sapphire crystal on the front and back, crown with the brand’s signature at 3 o’clock flanked by two pushers and 100m of water resistance.
The lacquer dial comes in the same shade of green as the bezel, three registers in blue-grey-silver at the usual 3-6-9 o’clock positions, applied baton hour markers that, like the hands, are filled with luminescent material, a red tip chronograph center seconds hand and a date window at 4:30 with the same background as the dial. We remember that in the Aaron Rodgers version the counters came in gray and silver, the hour markers were replaced by Arabic numerals and the tips of the chronograph hands were in yellow, which we still like more by far.
Like the rest of the collection, it is powered by the In-house Caliber 3600 high-speed automatic movement and comes with a 60-hour power reserve.
In addition to the three-link steel bracelet, the new Chronomaster can also be purchased with a matching green rubber strap, with prices varying between CHF 10,900 and CHF 10,400 respectively.
Along with this entry also arrives another Chronomaster Sport in rose gold with a gem-set bezel and meteorite dial.
We remind you that the collection already has two other models in this premium material, one with a black dial and the other with a white dial, which is now enriched with a meteorite dial that comes with a gold cover.
This new addition features exactly the same features as the steel version, with the exception of the bezel set that comes adorned with baguette-cut white diamonds, black spinels, and blue and grey sapphires. The same applies to the dial which, in addition to the meteorite material, comes with baguette-cut diamonds hour markers.
The luxurious Chronomaster comes attached to a rose gold bracelet and can be purchased for CHF 98,000.
