Wine & Books Rooftop Unveils New Summer Menu With Scenic Porto Views

The Wine & Books Hotels Porto Rooftop, located on the top floor of the five-star boutique hotel in Baixa, Porto, has launched a new summer menu featuring a selection of snacks and dishes designed for sharing. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the city, from Clérigos to Palácio de Cristal, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.

The menu highlights fresh, seasonal flavours, including options like watermelon, granny smith apple, tomato gazpacho, and salmon and citrus fruit ceviche. Snack options include shrimp croquetas with bisque and broken egg croquetas with ham and fried eggs. For heartier choices, there’s the pork cheek and curry bao bread, and a cachena veal burger with cheddar and cabbage pickles. A sausage and cheese board offers traditional Portuguese flavours.

Desserts feature combinations like cherry with chocolate and Porto wine, and pineapple from the Azores with coconut and mint ice cream. The menu is complemented by a cocktail list, Portuguese sparkling wines, and champagnes. The rooftop, with a capacity for 60 people, is open daily from 12 pm to 10 pm.
