Vario Presents The New Navi Single Hand
Vario, the Singapore watch brand presents the new Navi Single Hand watch which, as the name suggests, in addition to its solitary hand, is inspired by the sea.
In addition to the color scheme of the five new watches that make up the collection, the dial also reveals its connection to the sea, with its twelve-section chapter ring written in full, reminiscent of maritime navigation instruments.
The watch is presented in a stainless steel case with the moderate measurements of 38mm in diameter, 11mm thick and 46mm lug-to-lug distance, coin-edge bezel, polished and brushed finish, double-domed sapphire crystal, fluted crown at 3 o’clock, screwed solid case back with a compass-rose design and 100m water resistance.
The dial comes in five color options, the Deep Water Blue which comes with a dark blue background and turquoise details, the Clear Water Blue which comes in the opposite scheme of colors, that is, with a turquoise dial and dark blue details, the Storm Gray with a grey dial and accents, the Sand Beije with a beige dial and accents and finally, the Cloud White with a white dial.
All variants present a wave pattern dial, a center Breguet hand responsible for providing the hours and minutes, a small-seconds at 4:30 reminiscent of a compass, a 15-minute railway track and a chapter ring divided into 12 sectors corresponding to 12 hours written in full.
Inside is the 21-jewel Miyota 82S5 automatic movement that drives the helm, operating 21,600 Vph and offering up to 40 hours of power reserve.
The watches come attached to a wrinkled “German Leather” strap that matches the tone of the dial with a steel pin buckle.
These are limited editions, with Storm Gray being available in 40 pieces, Sand beije in 60, Cloud White and Clear Water Blue in 80 each and Deep Water Blue in 140 pieces, which can now be purchased for the price of USD 428.
