Vacheron Constantin Egérie Now in Taupe Color
There is good news for Vacheron Constantin’s Egérie collection fans, as the prestigious Swiss watch brand has just unveiled two new 37mm and 35mm variants in an unprecedented shade.
The two new watches that come in an 18K 5N pink gold case, feature a grey taupe-coloured opaline dial, with the traditional “pleats” pattern, applied pink gold Arabic numerals and leaf hands, a pink gold ring set with 36/34 round-cut diamonds at 2 o’clock within moon phase (8005F/000R-B958) or date (4605F/000R-B957) indicator.
On the outside and inside, there are no new features, with the moon phase version with a 37mm case and the date version with a 35mm diameter by 9.32mm thickness, bezel set with 58 round-cut diamonds, crown set with a moonstone insert at 2 o’clock, front sapphire glass and case back through which the In-house Caliber 1088L or 1088 can be observed respectively, operating at 28,800 Vph and offering up to 40 hours of power reserve.
Each watch comes with three straps to match the dial and is equipped with a self-interchangeable system, in alligator leather, satin and quilted lambskin, each one with an 18K 5N pink gold buckle.
The watches will be available today in the brand’s official boutiques and authorized retailers, whose price should not be far from the previous variants.
