Vacheron Constantin Debuts An Overseas 33MM Quartz
The first novelty of the year brought by Vacheron Constantin is aimed at the women’s market, a new Overseas in pink gold with a diamond-set bezel in 33mm that for the first time comes with a Quartz movement.
The elegant watch, which wears an 18K 5N pink gold case in addition to its shiny bezel, comes with a denim blue dial, which matches the tone of the two calfskin and rubber straps that complement the set.
The new Overseas comes dressed in a pink gold case measuring 33mm in diameter and 7.58mm thick with integrated bracelet, bezel in the shape of the Maltese Cross inlaid with a 78 brillant-cut diamonds, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, screw- down crown at 3 o’clock with the brand’s signature, solid gold case back and 50m water resistance.
The denim blue dial comes with a sunburst finish, 18K 5N applied hour markers and hands all filled with Super-LumiNova, a framed date window next to the crown, a center seconds hand, a white minute track on the flange and finally the logo and lettering of the brand at noon.
Its heart comes equipped for the first time with a Quartz movement, inserted in a soft iron casing ring that protects it against magnetic fields. With just 2.22mm thickness, the 74-component movement comes with 7 jewels, which guarantees high accuracy.
Finally, the watch comes attached to a pink gold bracelet matching the case with links in the shape of a half Maltese Cross with a tripe-blade folding clasp, which thanks to its inter-changeable system allows you to alternate with the other two blue denim straps that come with an 18K 5N ping gold buckle.
