Tudor Black Bay GMT “World Time Machine” – Not For Sale

Tudor has introduced an exceptionally rare edition of its Black Bay GMT created in collaboration with two external partners, Phantaci and Undefeated. This release represents the first three-way collaboration in Tudor’s history and results in a watch that remains technically identical to the standard Black Bay GMT, while featuring discreet design elements unique to this edition.

Familiar Architecture with Discreet Customization

The watch is built on the established Black Bay GMT platform and retains its 41mm stainless steel case, paired with a bidirectional rotating bezel fitted with a burgundy and blue anodized aluminum insert. It is delivered on Tudor’s signature rivet-style stainless steel bracelet and offers 200 meters of water resistance, maintaining the model’s professional tool-watch specifications.

Inside the case is the Tudor Manufacture Calibre MT5652, an automatic “flyer” GMT movement that allows the local hour hand to be adjusted independently. The movement is COSC-certified, features a silicon balance spring, and provides a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. No technical changes have been made to the movement for this collaboration.

Dial Details Unique to the Collaboration

The most noticeable differences appear on the dial. At 6 o’clock, the usual text has been replaced by custom gold printing displaying the names of the two collaborating brands. Phantaci, the fashion label co-founded by Taiwanese artist and actor Jay Chou, appears alongside Undefeated, the Los Angeles–based streetwear brand and sneaker retailer. Each name is printed on its own line, standing out against the otherwise monochrome black dial.

Beneath the two brand names, a line of Chinese characters is printed in white. The phrase translates to “World Time Machine,” a reference to the GMT complication that defines the model. All other dial elements, including the snowflake hands, applied hour markers, and the red GMT hand, remain consistent with the standard Black Bay GMT.

Caseback and Limited Production

While Tudor typically uses plain casebacks, this edition features a black laser-engraved caseback created specifically for the collaboration. The engraving depicts an abstract atomic-style pattern, with the logos of Tudor, Phantaci, and Undefeated positioned at its center. Each watch is individually numbered as part of a strictly limited production of 99 pieces.

Availability

The Phantaci x Undefeated x Tudor Black Bay GMT is not available for public purchase. Production is limited to just 99 examples, which are distributed exclusively to friends and family of the three brands involved. As a result, no official retail price has been disclosed.
