Tissot Expands its Seastar Collection
After yesterday we presented Tissot’s novelties in the PRX collection, today we present its novelties in the Seastar collection and there are five new watches.
Within the Seastar 1000 Quartz range, there are three 36mm additions, offered with a black, blue or white lacquered dial, with silver accents in the blue and white variants, or gold accents in the black variant.
The watch also features 300m water resistance, a unidirectional bezel and a solid case back with a seahorse engraved.
On the inside, as already mentioned, it is operated by the ETA F05.412 quartz movement, which offers high accuracy of about 10 seconds a year, and whose original battery lasts approximately four years. The watches are offered with a three-link stainless steel bracelet, with a brushed finish on the side links and polished on the central link.
Tissot also offers a variety of silicone straps in different colours, which will certainly help to break the monochromatic tone of the steel bracelets. The prices start at €400.
The other two additions to the Tissot Seastar collection are within the Seastar 2000 Professional Powermatic 80 line, featuring a 46mm stainless steel case, unidirectional ceramic bezel, screw-down crown with guards protection, automatic helium escape valve and 600m water resistance. One of the variants is in stainless steel with a black PVD-coated and a marine-inspired blue to black gradient dial with silver accents, and another variant in stainless steel and grey to black gradient dial with gilt accents. Both variants feature a wave motif dial.
Inside, the Caliber Powermatic 80 automatic movement operates, offering up to 80 hours of power reserve. The watches are offered with a silicone strap matching the colour of the dial.
The watches are now available at the brand’s official stores and retailers.
