Timex Celebrates Snoopy’s 75th Anniversary With A Bold New Q Chronograph
About a year ago, Timex surprised us with the launch of the Q Timex Chronograph x Peanuts Snoopy with a panda dial. It was a charming release that managed to put the MoonSwatch to shame for a fraction of the price. Now there is a new version celebrating the 75th anniversary of Peanuts. This edition is bolder, takes on a completely different color direction, and replaces the strap with a steel bracelet. Along with that, the dial now features three different Snoopy illustrations instead of just one.
A Distinctive Blue Dial With Expanded Snoopy Artwork
This new anniversary model stands out immediately thanks to its glossy dark blue dial, paired with tonal subdials and a matching blue aluminum tachymeter bezel. The white printing across the dial and bezel provides crisp contrast, creating a cleaner and more refined look.

Timex adjusted several elements of the layout. The applied Q logo and Timex wordmark sit slightly lower on the dial, making space for a new double index at 12 o’clock. The familiar “Quartz Chronograph” line has been removed to keep the design uncluttered, and a small “Since 1972” above 6 o’clock adds a subtle vintage-inspired touch.

The subdials bring most of the personality to the watch. The 24-hour indicator shows Snoopy standing, the 60-minute chronograph counter features Snoopy in motion, and the running seconds register includes a seated Snoopy. These playful details are balanced by practical features such as luminous silver indices and hands for improved visibility, along with a discreet date window at 4:30 that blends well with the overall layout.
Bracelet Upgrade for a More Complete Look
A key update compared with last year’s model is the transition from a strap to a stainless steel bracelet. Timex opted for a faux-integrated design with vertically brushed flat links that taper toward a folding clasp. This gives the watch a more cohesive and elevated appearance. Quick-release spring bars make it easy for anyone to switch straps if they prefer a different look.

Familiar Q Timex Specifications
Aside from the new design elements, the watch keeps the usual Q Timex Chronograph specifications. The stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter, and the watch is fitted with a domed acrylic crystal that contributes to its vintage character. It retains 50 meters of water resistance, enough for daily use. Inside, Timex uses the Miyota 2035 quartz chronograph movement, a reliable and low-maintenance choice. The caseback includes an engraving of the Peanuts Gang along with a 2025 anniversary marking, and it features the signature Q Timex removable battery hatch that allows for quick battery changes.

Pricing and Availability
This release is not available directly from Timex (at least for now). Instead, it appears through various online retailers and marketplace listings. Prices sit around € 315, depending on the seller. Even though it is not officially labeled as a limited edition, availability is likely tied to a limited production window.

For collectors of Peanuts watches or anyone who already appreciates the Q Chronograph lineup, this 75th anniversary edition offers more personality, stronger visuals, and the welcome upgrade of a steel bracelet, making it one of the standout Snoopy-themed releases from Timex.
