The Piaget Polo Chronograph Now Arrives In Green

After the two blue versions, Piaget is now releasing a green variant of the Polo Chronograph, which, like the faded blue version, comes with a Panda dial with two silver registers.

The tone is not new to the collection and could already be found in the two time-date versions in stainless steel or rose gold as well as in the perpetual calendar also in rose gold.

Like its peers, the watch wears a cushion-shaped steel case measuring 42mm in diameter by 11.20mm in thickness that comes with a mainly polished finish, smooth brushed bezel, sapphire crystal on both sides, crown at 3 o’clock engraved with the brand’s “P” and flanked by two block pushers and 100m water resistance.

The dial comes with a strip grooved pattern and on it, we can find a 30-minute register at 3 o’clock, a trapezoid-shaped date window at 6 o’clock and a 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock. Polished applied hour markers and hands all filled with Super-LumiNova, a minute track rehaut, a chronograph centre seconds hand and the brand’s inscriptions at noon and “Automatic” referring to the movement above the date window.

It is through the sapphire crystal of the rear case that we can observe its Caliber 1160P, a column wheel chronograph, which runs at 28,800 Vph offering up to 50 hours of power reserve decorated with Geneva stripes.

The new Piaget Polo Chronograph comes attached to the traditional integrated steel bracelet with polished “H”-shaped links and brushed connecting links equipped with a triple folding clasp with the brand’s signature.

The watch follows the same price line as previous editions with a price tag of €21,200.
