Tudor has expanded its Pelagos collection with a powerful new addition: the Pelagos Ultra. This model redefines the brand’s professional dive watch segment, offering enhanced durability, extreme water resistance, and cutting-edge chronometric precision in a bold, modern format.

Titanium Engineering with Serious Depth

At 43mm in diameter, the Pelagos Ultra introduces a new size tier for the line—larger than the 39mm Pelagos 39 and slightly wider than the standard 42mm Pelagos. The watch features a robust grade 2 titanium case complemented by a grade 5 titanium caseback, combining lightness with exceptional resistance to the pressure of deep-sea exploration.

The standout technical advancement is its water resistance rating of 1,000 meters (3,280 feet)—doubling the 500-meter limit of the previous top-tier Pelagos model. The case also integrates a recessed helium escape valve located at 9 o’clock, an essential feature for saturation diving.

METAS-Certified Precision

Powering the Pelagos Ultra is the Tudor Manufacture Caliber MT5612-U, a METAS Master Chronometer-certified movement. This automatic caliber is based on the trusted MT5612 architecture, now upgraded to meet the stringent standards of magnetic resistance, precision, and performance.

It operates at 4 Hz and delivers a power reserve of approximately 65 hours. The movement includes a date function and is regulated to a daily deviation of 0/+5 seconds after being cased—meeting the criteria of the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology.

Optimized Legibility and Functionality

The watch’s matte black dial is designed for maximum clarity, with large indexes and bold hands treated with Super-LumiNova for excellent readability. For the first time, the Pelagos inscription at 6 o’clock appears in a new turquoise blue tone, replacing the traditional red (on black dials) and white (on blue dials). This vibrant turquoise hue matches the luminous material applied to most of the markers, hands, and even the T-Fit clasp’s visual indicator, creating a cohesive and striking design.

A newly developed titanium bracelet accompanies the watch, complete with Tudor’s T-Fit micro-adjustment clasp and an innovative diver’s extension system. This new clasp features a luminescent adjustment scale, allowing wearers to track extension positions in low light or underwater—a functional and visual upgrade over previous models.

Additionally, the Pelagos Ultra includes a rubber strap with an extension piece capable of increasing the fit by up to 110mm, making it easy to wear over a wetsuit.
