The 03Series Champagne & Caviar is a limited-edition chronograph inspired by two classic symbols of luxury—Champagne and caviar—translated into an original and finely executed dial design.

A Two-Layer Dial With Rich Textures

At the heart of the watch is a dual-layer dial that showcases a blend of textures and finishes. The base layer is rendered in a radially brushed metallic sunray finish, which creates a shifting play of light across the dial. This lower level also carries the tachymeter scale and the minutes track around the outer edge, ensuring clear legibility.

Above it sits a raised central section, treated with a granular surface and a soft fumé effect. Its warm, golden coloration recalls the tonal depth of a glass of Champagne. The running seconds are displayed at 9 o’clock within a snailed subdial that adds further visual refinement. Opposite it, the thirty-minute chronograph counter at 3 o’clock immediately draws attention; its design is inspired by a tin of caviar, complete with bright green lacquered elements shaped like roe.. A small but thoughtful detail appears in the central chronograph seconds hand, whose base is shaped to subtly resemble a Champagne bottle—a thematic nod that becomes visible only upon close inspection.

The watch is housed in a stainless steel case measuring 38.50 mm in diameter, 13.60 mm in thickness, and 44.50 mm from lug to lug. These proportions make the piece balanced on the wrist while also providing enough space for the layered dial to be fully appreciated.

A Customized Mono-Pusher Movement

Powering the watch is a customized version of the Sellita SW510M, a movement Studio Underd0g previously employed in its Project Passion collaboration with H. Moser & Cie. This hand-wound calibre features a mono-pusher chronograph mechanism and delivers a power reserve of approximately 63 hours. It is regulated to an accuracy of ±5 seconds per day, bringing a higher level of technical refinement to match the watch’s distinctive aesthetics.

The Studio Underd0g x Massena LAB 03Series Champagne & Caviar is limited to 200 pieces worldwide and is priced at USD 2,200. It will be available exclusively through Studio Underd0g’s website, with orders opening at 3 pm GMT on November 11. According to the brand, all 200 units are scheduled to be delivered within the month of November.
