Unveiled at Watches and Wonders 2025, Parmigiani Fleurier expands its Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante collection with a new dial color inspired by the Verzasca Valley in southern Switzerland. The new Verzasca edition maintains the elegant mechanics of the original model while introducing a fresh palette that draws from the natural beauty of alpine waters.

A Subtle Take on Travel Time

First introduced in 2022, the Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante offers a streamlined interpretation of the GMT complication. At first glance, it presents a two-hand layout. However, pressing the pusher at 8 o’clock reveals a second hour hand, discreetly hidden beneath the primary one. This rose gold hand serves as the home time reference, while the rhodium-plated white gold hand is used for local time.

Each press of the pusher advances the local hour hand in one-hour increments—ideal for shifting through time zones. Once the wearer returns home, a push of the button integrated into the crown snaps the white gold hand back over the rose gold one, reestablishing the original single-hand display.
