TAG Heuer Unveils New Carrera References At LVMH Watch Week 2026
TAG Heuer expands the Carrera collection at LVMH Watch Week 2026 with a series of new references that focus on technical refinement, updated case proportions, and a wide range of complications. The new releases include a maritime-inspired chronograph with a tidal display, an expanded lineup of automatic chronographs, and a new split-seconds flagship model positioned at the top of the collection.
Below is a feature-focused overview of the latest TAG Heuer Carrera introductions.
TAG Heuer Carrera Seafarer
The Carrera Seafarer marks the return of a tidal indication within the Carrera family, presented in a contemporary execution. The watch is housed in a 42 mm stainless steel case measuring 48.60 mm from lug to lug and features TAG Heuer’s Glassbox construction, defined by a domed sapphire crystal that blends seamlessly into the case. Water resistance is rated at 100 meters, making the watch suitable for everyday use.

The Seafarer is paired with TAG Heuer’s seven-row stainless steel beads-of-rice bracelet, secured by a push-button butterfly clasp. An additional pusher on the left side of the case is dedicated to controlling the tidal complication.
The dial is finished in champagne and incorporates a bi-color tidal indicator in teal blue and yellow. Teal accents also appear on the central chronograph hand and on the 30-minute counter, visually linking the design to other maritime-inspired Carrera models. Applied indexes and hands are 3N gold-plated, while a framed date window in polished silver is positioned on the dial, distinguishing this reference from earlier limited editions that omitted a date display.
Powering the Carrera Seafarer is the automatic TH20-04 caliber. Derived from TAG Heuer’s in-house chronograph platform, this movement integrates both a date function and the tidal indication. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers an 80-hour power reserve.

To set the tidal display, the wearer adjusts the indicator using the left-side pusher according to local tidal timing. Once set, the disc completes a full rotation every 29.53125 days, corresponding to the lunar tidal cycle and displaying daily high and low tides.
The Carrera Seafarer will be available from March 2026 as part of the regular collection, with a retail price of CHF 8,300.
TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph 41 mm
TAG Heuer also introduces three new Carrera Chronograph references in a larger 41 mm stainless steel case, complementing the existing 39 mm models. The case measures 47.48 mm from lug to lug and has a total thickness of 14.17mm, including the domed sapphire crystal. Each watch offers 100 meters of water resistance and is delivered on the brand’s seven-row beads-of-rice bracelet.

All three chronographs share a circular-brushed dial with three raised sub-dials for the running seconds, 30-minute counter, and 12-hour counter. Rhodium-plated hands and applied markers are used throughout the range. The teal green and dark blue versions present a restrained, monochromatic look, while the black-dial model introduces a more dynamic appearance through red-lacquered chronograph hands and sub-dial hands. This is further emphasized by a red ring positioned at the outer edge of the dial. None of the three references include a date display.

The new 41 mm Carrera Chronographs are powered by the automatic TH20-01 caliber. This in-house chronograph movement runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers an 80-hour power reserve. The movement uses a column wheel and vertical clutch architecture and is dedicated purely to chronograph functionality, without additional calendar complications.
All three models are available immediately, with a retail price of CHF 7,500.
TAG Heuer Carrera Split-Seconds Chronograph
Sitting at the top of the 2026 Carrera lineup is a new split-seconds chronograph that serves as the collection’s technical flagship. The watch is housed in a 42 mm Grade 5 titanium case with a 48.60 mm lug-to-lug measurement and a thickness of 15.17 mm. Due to its complex construction, water resistance is rated at 30 meters. The watch is supplied on a black rubber strap featuring a textile-style pattern, secured by a titanium push-button folding clasp.

The dial construction is deliberately complex and highly technical. It combines translucent sapphire elements with an acrylic flange, allowing extensive visibility of the movement. The 12-hour and 30-minute totalizers are made from anthracite sapphire, while the running seconds sub-dial uses translucent sapphire. Brushed metal hands are used throughout, with red-lacquered accents reserved for the split-seconds hand and the chronograph totalizer hands.

The Carrera Split-Seconds Chronograph is powered by the automatic TH81-01 caliber, TAG Heuer’s high-frequency rattrapante movement. It operates at 36,000 vibrations per hour and offers a power reserve of approximately 65 hours with the chronograph disengaged, or around 55 hours when the chronograph is running. The split-seconds pusher is positioned on the left side of the case, while the standard chronograph pushers remain on the right.
The watch is scheduled to go on sale in June 2026, with a retail price of CHF 110,000.
Overview
With these 2026 releases, TAG Heuer significantly broadens the technical and stylistic range of the Carrera collection. The Seafarer introduces a rarely seen tidal complication in a modern chronograph format, the new 41 mm chronographs refine and expand the core Carrera offering, and the split-seconds chronograph underscores the brand’s expertise in high-frequency chronograph engineering and advanced materials.
