TAG Heuer Unveils a New Carrera Chronograph in Gold and Black
Timeless and with roots linked to motorsport, the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph born in 1963 is today one of the best-known watches in the world.
The brand is now showing us its latest creation within this line, which stands out for its elegance, reflected in the yellow gold case and its black dial.
The 42mm 18K 3N yellow gold case that comes with a smooth bezel, features an alternating brushed and polished finish, a fluted crown at three o’clock and two pump pushers that control the chronograph, sapphire crystal and an appreciable 100m of water resistance.
Inside, a sunburst dial with two gold totalizers and a radial pattern, a running seconds with a date window at 6 o’clock, applied gold hour markers and hands all filled with luminescent material and the brand inscription at 12 o’clock followed by the applied gold brand shield.
The new TAG Heuer is powered by the Caliber Heuer 02 automatic movement, which is COSC certified, operating at 28,800 Vph and offering 80 hours of power reserve, which can be observed through the sapphire glass of the case back.
The watch comes with a black crocodile leather strap with a gold buckle matching the case and a complimentary travel case with the brand’s symbol.
The watch will be available at the brand’s official boutiques and at some authorized retailers for €20,750.
