TAG Heuer Launches Limited-Edition Monaco Racing Green In Titanium

TAG Heuer has introduced its latest marvel, the Monaco Racing Green edition, following last year’s popular Titanium Racing Blue model. This new edition continues the legacy of the Monaco collection, boasting a Grade 2 Titanium case and the renowned Caliber 11 movement, one of the first automatic chronographs in watchmaking history.

Titanium Case & Iconic Design

The TAG Heuer Monaco Racing Green stands out with its distinct square case, measuring 39mm in diameter, 14.35mm thick, and 47.50mm long. The case is made from lightweight Grade 2 Titanium, known for its durability and sleek appearance. Sapphire crystal covers both the front and back, providing excellent scratch resistance. Its 100m water resistance makes this timepiece as functional as it is stylish.

Key design features include the crown placed at 9 o’clock, which is a signature trait of the Monaco collection, along with two pushers located at 2 and 4 o’clock to control the chronograph functions.

Stunning Dial & Luminescent Hands

The silver dial on the TAG Heuer Monaco Racing Green has a refined sunray-brushed finish that catches light beautifully. Two square sub-dials with rounded edges, located at 3 and 9 o’clock, come in a striking green tone. Adding to the aesthetic, the horizontal hour markers are applied and accented by dots, with Super-LumiNova-filled hands for optimal visibility in low light.

A date window is subtly placed at 6 o’clock, while the yellow chronograph centre seconds hand pops against the dial, coordinating perfectly with the green accents.

Precision Caliber 11 Movement

At the heart of the Monaco Racing Green is the Caliber 11 automatic chronograph movement, which operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (Vph) and offers up to 40 hours of power reserve. This movement is based on the reliable Sellita SW300, enhanced with a Dubois-Depraz chronograph module, featuring 59 jewels for enhanced precision and longevity.

Green Leather Strap & Limited Edition Appeal

Completing the look is a perforated green leather strap with a yellow lining and a titanium folding clasp, ensuring both comfort and style. Like the previous Titanium Racing Blue model, the Monaco Racing Green edition is limited to just 1,000 units worldwide, making it a coveted piece for collectors.
