Seiko Expands the Presage Cocktail Time Collection with Three New Compact Models

Seiko has introduced three new additions to its popular Presage Cocktail Time collection, bringing fresh dial colors and more compact proportions to one of the brand’s most recognizable dress watch lines. The new references HCB001, HCB002 and HCB003 retain the signature textured dials inspired by Tokyo’s cocktail culture while offering versatile styling and an accessible mechanical package.

A Compact Stainless Steel Case

The new Presage Cocktail Time trio is housed in a polished stainless steel case measuring 38.50 mm in diameter, making it suitable for a wide range of wrist sizes. The case measures less than 12 mm thick with a 45 mm lug-to-lug distance, creating balanced proportions for everyday wear.

The design follows the familiar Presage formula, featuring clean lines, straight lugs and a boxed-style Hardlex crystal that enhances the vintage-inspired appearance. Water resistance is rated at 50 meters, making the watches suitable for daily use.

Three New Gradient Dial Options

The highlight of every Presage Cocktail Time watch is its dial, and these latest releases continue that tradition with three distinct colorways.

The HCB001 features a striking gradient blue dial paired with silver-tone applied indexes and polished hands, delivering a modern and understated appearance.

The HCB002 adopts a gradient green dial, complemented by gold-tone hands and hour markers that emphasize its warm, elegant character.

Completing the collection, the HCB003 comes with a rich gradient brown dial, matched with rose gold-tone hands and applied indexes for a classic vintage-inspired look.

All three dials feature the collection’s signature textured finish beneath the translucent color coating, creating changing reflections depending on the light. The faceted applied markers and polished dauphine-style hands add depth and refinement, while a circular date display positioned at 4:30 maintains the clean dial layout.

Proven Automatic Movement

Powering the new models is Seiko’s well-established Calibre 4R35, an automatic movement that has become a cornerstone of the brand’s mechanical watch lineup.

The movement operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3Hz) and delivers a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. It also supports manual winding and hacking seconds, allowing for more precise time setting. The movement can be viewed through the transparent mineral glass caseback.

Bracelet and Strap Options

Each reference offers a different wearing experience.

The HCB001 is fitted with a stainless steel five-link bracelet featuring brushed and polished surfaces, giving it a more versatile and contemporary appearance.

Meanwhile, the HCB002 and HCB003 are paired with leather straps in light brown and dark brown, respectively. Both straps feature a convenient quick-release system and are secured by a three-fold stainless steel clasp.

Price and Availability

The new Seiko Presage Cocktail Time HCB001, HCB002 and HCB003 join the brand’s permanent collection and are priced at € 490.
