Piaget Expands The Altiplano Collection With Khaki Green Editions
Piaget has introduced new variations to its iconic Altiplano collection, showcasing the brand’s mastery of ultra-thin watchmaking with a striking khaki green and gold theme. The two models — the Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon and the Altiplano 910P — demonstrate Piaget’s dedication to both technical innovation and refined aesthetics.
Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon
First unveiled as a concept in 2018 and later brought into production in 2021, the Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon remains one of the thinnest tourbillon watches ever created. Measuring just 2 mm in total thickness, the watch employs a remarkable construction where the case back doubles as the mainplate. To achieve this rigidity, Piaget uses a cobalt alloy, ensuring the ultra-slim case remains durable despite its extreme proportions.

The latest version, presented in 41.50 mm, introduces a khaki green color scheme accented with gold details. The manual-winding Caliber 970P-UC powers the piece, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering a 40-hour power reserve. The movement integrates a flying tourbillon positioned at 10 o’clock and an open barrel at the lower section of the dial.

A 0.2 mm-thick sapphire crystal allows a full view of the intricacies inside, while the green dial accents and leather strap with Piaget’s new Polish Mesh pattern complete the look. The case back also features a discreet aperture, providing another perspective of the tourbillon mechanism.
Altiplano 910P
At 4.30 mm thick, the Altiplano 910P stands as one of the slimmest automatic watches in the world. The new release pairs an 18K yellow gold case with a khaki green dial, creating a bold yet elegant presentation.

The dial layout is distinctive: the off-centered hours and minutes appear on the upper left, surrounded by exposed components of the Caliber 910P. This movement, composed of 258 parts, integrates a suspended barrel and delivers a 46-hour power reserve at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour. Additional finishing details include anglage, brushed bridges, and circular satin brushing on the case back.

Despite its refined construction, the watch retains a modest 20 meters water resistance, and it comes paired with a matching green alligator strap.
A Celebration of Thin Watchmaking
These khaki green editions highlight Piaget’s continued leadership in the field of ultra-thin horology. The Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon demonstrates how far the brand has pushed technical boundaries, while the 910P offers a wearable expression of Piaget’s design philosophy in precious materials.

Although pricing for these models has not been officially announced, the Ultimate Concept Tourbillon is expected to align with previous editions in the region of CHF 600,000, while the gold Altiplano 910P sits closer to € 39,000.
The Piaget Altiplano Khaki Green Collection reaffirms the timeless appeal of slim watchmaking, now enriched with a contemporary color palette that ensures these pieces stand out both technically and stylistically.
