Oris Unveils Limited Edition Divers Sixty-Five LFP And Enhanced Aquis Chronograph
Oris did not want to be left out of the Geneve watch Days and brought two novelties, the limited edition Divers Sixty-Five LFP and the improved Aquis Chronograph.
Oris Divers Sixty-Five LFP
The brand’s classic diving watch has numerous collaborations, the latest that comes to us now is with France’s Ligue de Football Professionnel and its charity partner CNAPE – National Convention of Child Protection Associations.
This exclusive edition of 1,000 pieces is presented in a reduced 38mm size with a blue dial and a special font that mimics children’s writing.
Housed in a stainless steel case measuring 38mm in diameter, 12.80mm thick and 46mm long, sapphire crystal, 60-minute unidirectional bezel with steel insert with embossed scale, fluted crown at 3 o’clock with brand signature, screwed solid case back engraved with the logo of “Les Défensores de L’Enfance” (children’s football tournament organized by CNAPE) and the usual 100m water resistance.
The deep blue dial is adorned with applied hour markers and three centre hands all filled with Super-LumiNova, and with all inscriptions in the special font including the tiny “Swiss Made” in the bottom below the date window with a white background and the colourful “Water Resistance” that wears the hues of the children’s tournament mentioned above.
Inside lies the 26-jewel Sellita SW200-1-based Caliber 733 that runs 28,800 Vph and offers up to 41 hours of power reserve.
The watch is attached to a 3-link steel bracelet with rivets and the Oris signature on the folding clasp that can now be purchased for €2,500.

Oris Aquis Chronograph
The revitalized Aquis Chronograph follows the footsteps of the time-date version presented at Watches And Wonders featuring some aesthetic improvements.
The main change that stands out is the change in the positioning of its 3 registers, which abandon the previous arrangement of 6-9-12 o’clock now fixed at 3-6-9 o’clock including the date window at 6 o’clock gives it a more contemporary appearance and the refinement of other details such as the hour markers and hands that have already been revised previously.
On the outside, the robust 43.50mm stainless steel case is also more sophisticated, with a bright blue insert bezel that appears as a continuation of the gradient blue of the dial, sapphire crystal, screw-down crown with guards and flanked by two pushers, screwed open case back and 300m of watertightness.
Powered by the Caliber 771-1 automatic movement based on the 27-jewel Sellita SW500-1 that runs at a frequency of 4 Hz and offers up to 62 hours of power reserve.
The watch is paired with an improved integrated 3-link steel bracelet that comes more tapered and with a folding clasp with micro-adjustments is now available for €4,400.
