Omega Shrinks The Aqua Terra With New 30MM, But Not Its Performance
Omega continues to evolve its Seamaster Aqua Terra lineup with the introduction of a new 30mm case size—a first for the collection—offering a refined and wearable option without compromising technical performance. This expansion brings with it 12 new references that showcase the brand’s hallmark attention to mechanical innovation, design versatility, and everyday functionality.

A Compact Format With Broad Appeal
Crafted in stainless steel, Omega’s proprietary Sedna Gold, Moonshine Gold, and bi-metallic combinations, the new Aqua Terra 30 mm models feature integrated bracelets and refined case architecture. The bracelet system includes Omega’s patented screw-and-pin construction along with a butterfly clasp that incorporates a 2mm comfort-adjustment mechanism, ensuring both visual elegance and ergonomic fit.

Each watch is characterized by a clean and legible dial layout, available in a wide palette of colors. The sun-brushed finish, applied indexes, and symmetrical date aperture at 6 o’clock maintain the Aqua Terra’s aesthetic balance and timeless appeal.
Engineered for Precision: Calibre 8750 and 8751
Omega has introduced two new calibres purpose-built for the 30mm platform: the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8750 and Calibre 8751. Both movements measure 20mm in diameter and represent a significant engineering milestone for the brand, particularly in the context of smaller case sizes.

Despite their compact form, these automatic movements offer bi-directional winding and a 55-hour power reserve. They incorporate Omega’s signature Co-Axial escapement and a silicon balance spring, achieving exceptional levels of precision and durability. Each calibre is certified to Master Chronometer standards by METAS, including magnetic resistance up to 15,000 gauss—a benchmark usually reserved for larger, more robust timepieces.

While both movements share the same technical specifications, their finishing sets them apart. Calibre 8750 powers the stainless steel and two-tone versions, while the more elaborately decorated Calibre 8751 is reserved for the full gold references.
A Comprehensive Offering
With this release, Omega continues to demonstrate its commitment to offering uncompromised watchmaking across all sizes. Prices for the new Aqua Terra 30mm models start at CHF 5,500 plus VAT. All models are now available through Omega boutiques and authorized retailers worldwide.
