Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Debuts Mesmerizing Gradient Turquoise Dial
Omega continues to captivate watch enthusiasts with the quiet yet impactful release of the new Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M, now featuring a stunning gradient turquoise dial. This fresh dial color, an absolute first for the collection, adds a lacquered gradient finish that darkens towards the edges, offering a sophisticated and eye-catching aesthetic. Available in two sizes—41mm and 38mm—these new additions seamlessly blend timeless design with cutting-edge watchmaking.
Both sizes of the Seamaster Aqua Terra boast a brushed and polished stainless steel case, ensuring durability and a refined appearance. The 38mm model measures 12.40mm in thickness and 44.90mm lug-to-lug, while the 41mm version measures 13.30mm thick with a 47.90mm lug-to-lug length. These elegant proportions are complemented by sapphire crystal on both sides, a smooth bezel, and a screw-in crown adorned with the iconic Omega logo. Water-resistant to 150 meters, the case design underscores the collection’s versatility and sportiness.
The dial’s gradient turquoise hue is a standout feature, accentuated by a smoked finish that deepens at the edges for a striking visual effect. Dark gray PVD accents highlight the applied triangular indexes and three hands, all filled with Super-LumiNova for enhanced legibility in low light. A framed date window at 6 o’clock, Arabic numerals on the minute track, and the embossed Omega logo at 12 o’clock further enrich the dial’s design.
Underneath the refined exterior, Omega equips the Aqua Terra with robust automatic movements. The 38mm model houses the Caliber 8800, while the 41mm version features the Caliber 8900. Both movements are certified Master Chronometers by METAS, ensuring precision and resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. Operating at a frequency of 25,200 vibrations per hour, these calibers offer power reserves of 55 hours for the 38mm and 60 hours for the 41mm.
A steel bracelet with round links and a folding clasp with a comfort release mechanism completes the package, ensuring both security and ease of wear. Priced at €7,500, these new Seamaster Aqua Terra models are poised to become a staple for collectors and enthusiasts alike. They are set to arrive soon in Omega boutiques and authorized retailers, solidifying their place in Omega’s permanent collection and elevating the Aqua Terra series with a vibrant new dial option.
