Norqain Expands Neverest Line With Limited-Edition Glacier Ice Blue And GMT Black
Norqain Neverest is a collection dedicated to the highest point on Earth, Mount Everest located in the Himalayas, which has just been expanded with the addition of two new watches, the GMT Glacier Black and the three-hand Ice Blue.
And starting with what the two watches have in common, a round stainless steel case, rotating knurled bezel with ceramic inlay, sapphire crystal on both sides and crown at 3 o’clock with guards. A textured dial that mimics the crevasses of Mt. Everest adorned with applied hour markers and hands filled with Super-LumiNova.
The Glacier Black features a 41mm case with a DLC-coated, bi-directional 24-hour black bezel and 100m water resistance. The black dial comes with gilt accents, a date window next to the crown and a centre GMT hand that works in partnership with the 24-hour bi-colour chapter ring.
The Glacier Ice Blue is housed in a 40mm brushed steel case that arrives with a unidirectional blue bezel and is 200m waterproof. On the textured ice blue dial lies blue embossed hour markers and three centre hands.
The watches are equipped with the Manufactured automatic movements NN20/2 and NN20/1 by Kenissi, which are COSC certified, running 28,800 Vph and offering up to 70 hours of power reserve.
While the Glacier Black joins the permanent collection, the Glacier Ice Blue arrives in a limited edition of 300 pieces, with both watches available on a steel bracelet matching the case or a rubber strap with prices starting at CHF 4,190 and CHF 3,350 respectively.
