Nomos Club Campus Night Sky & Starlight Collection: A Stellar Tribute
Just over a week before the rare Planetary Parade phenomenon on February 28th, when Saturn, Neptune, Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, Mars, and Mercury align in the sky after sunset, Nomos introduces the new Club Campus Night Sky and Starlight collection. This release is designed with stargazers in mind, capturing the celestial beauty of the event.
The new Nomos Club Campus is available in two sizes, 36mm and 38.50mm, featuring bold dials in dark blue, representing the night sky, and yellow, symbolizing starlight.
The watches are housed in a round polished stainless steel case with sapphire crystal, a smooth bezel, and long lugs. The fluted crown at 3 o’clock bears the brand’s signature, while the solid case back allows for special engravings. With a water resistance of 100 meters, these timepieces blend durability with elegance.
The dials showcase the traditional Club Campus layout, combining printed Roman and Arabic numerals interspersed with dashes. These, along with the two pencil hands at the center, are filled with Super-LumiNova for optimal legibility in low light. A recessed small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock features an orange pointer, adding a touch of contrast. A minute track along the edges and the brand logo at noon complete the refined aesthetic.
Powering the new Club Campus models is the hand-wound Caliber Alpha, a 17-jewel movement measuring just 2.60mm in height. Operating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, it provides an impressive power reserve of up to 43 hours. This reliable movement is a hallmark of Nomos craftsmanship, ensuring precision and longevity.
Complementing the timepieces are brown or grey vegan velour straps with matching stitching and a stainless steel pin buckle, enhancing both comfort and style.
