New Albishorn Marinagraph Combines Regatta Timing With Tide Tracking
Albishorn has unveiled the Marinagraph, a versatile new timepiece designed for both regatta timing and light underwater exploration. Available in two striking versions — “Classic Racing” and “Paraíba Racing” — the watch blends mid-20th-century design inspiration with modern functionality.

Vintage-Inspired Dial Designs
The Classic Racing edition features a sunburst black dial with applied silver indexes filled with white Super-LumiNova for excellent legibility. The Paraíba Racing edition stands out with a sunburst green dial, complemented by applied black indexes also treated with Super-LumiNova.

Both dials include Albishorn’s signature mountain-inspired hands, a red chronograph seconds hand, and a redesigned brand logo reflecting how it might have evolved in the late 1950s and 1960s.
Regatta Timing Innovation
At the heart of the Marinagraph is a 10-minute retrograde countdown timer, a creative reinterpretation of traditional regatta timing functions. The countdown runs from the 10-minute warning signal to race start, offering a practical and visually engaging complication. A running indicator has been positioned at 3 o’clock, further enhancing dial balance.
Functional Tide Bezel
The Marinagraph features a bi-directional tension-fit bezel with a 24-hour tide scale instead of a standard dive timer. White Super-LumiNova markers denote the first 12 hours after high tide, while red markers represent the following 12 hours. This system enables wearers to track the full tidal cycle and estimate relative tide height — an asset for sailing and coastal activities.

Case, Movement, and Strap Options
The stainless-steel case measures 39 mm in diameter, 13 mm thick, with a 47.70 mm lug-to-lug, and offers 100m water resistance. The concave bezel flares slightly to 42.70 mm, giving the watch a more substantial presence.

Inside beats Albishorn’s proprietary automatic caliber ALB01 A, a COSC-certified movement with a 64-hour power reserve. In keeping with Albishorn tradition, the Marinagraph employs a distinctive left-handed monopusher chronograph design.
Each version is supplied on a selection of rubber straps, tailored to the model’s aesthetic.
