Louis Erard 2340: A New Chapter In Integrated Sports Watches
Louis Erard expands its portfolio with the introduction of the 2340, a refined sports watch that marks the brand’s entry into the popular integrated bracelet category. Named after the postal code of Louis Erard’s headquarters in Le Noirmont, the new 2340 collection reflects two years of development focused on design coherence, construction quality, and comfort on the wrist.

Sporty-Chic Design with Premium Materials
The Louis Erard 2340 features a 40 mm cushion-shaped case with a slim profile of 8.95 mm, combining both titanium and stainless steel to balance robustness and lightness. The case middle is crafted in brushed titanium, while the bezel, crown, caseback, and lugs are made from polished steel, giving the watch a refined contrast of textures.

An eye-catching design element is the presence of four polished steel gadroons placed on each corner of the case. These curved accents extend toward the bracelet, visually integrating the case and bracelet into a unified aesthetic.
The watch is rated for 50 meters of water resistance, suitable for everyday wear, and features a screwed-down caseback. The overall lug-to-lug span is approximately 48mm, ensuring a comfortable fit on most wrists.
A Bracelet Crafted for Seamless Integration
One of the standout aspects of the 2340 is its integrated bracelet, composed of 92 individual components. The outer links are made of brushed titanium, while the oblong center links are crafted in polished steel, mirroring the shapes seen on the dial. Each link is hand-beveled after assembly, a detail more commonly found in high-end timepieces.

The bracelet tapers elegantly from 28 mm to 20 mm and is secured by a concealed spring-loaded butterfly clasp, ensuring a smooth profile on the wrist.
Textured Dials in Three Distinct Colors
The Louis Erard 2340 is available in three dial variations — Mint Green, Slate Blue, and Deep Blue — each featuring a unique textured pattern. The Mint Green version showcases a playful raised oblong motif, while the blue dials display horizontal gadroons for a more structured look.

The diamond-cut baton hour markers and rounded hands are filled with blue-emission Super-LumiNova, ensuring visibility in low light. In keeping with the clean aesthetic, Louis Erard has opted for a dateless dial, maintaining symmetry and balance. The minutes track replaces numerals with the letters of “LOUIS ERARD,” adding a subtle signature touch.
Slim Automatic Movement
Inside the 2340 beats the Sellita SW300-1 automatic movement, a reliable Swiss caliber known for its slim 3.60 mm thickness. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, it offers a 56-hour power reserve and features a customized rotor engraved with the brand’s emblem.
Price and Availability
The Louis Erard 2340 is offered in three references, each priced at CHF 2,990. Positioned between traditional luxury and accessible Swiss craftsmanship, the 2340 brings the brand’s distinctive design language into the competitive integrated sports watch arena with a focus on finishing, proportions, and contemporary styling.
