Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Moon Now Arrives In Gold And Gradient Blue Dial
After the three 39mm stainless steel variants and the other two rose gold including one with a diamond-set bezel, Jaeger-LeCoultre now adds a new variant in pink gold and gradient sunray blue dial to its Master Ultra Thin Moon.
The dress watch line of JLC presents a new alternative to the current steel variants with a silver, black or blue dial and the rose gold with a white dial.
The latest Master Ultra Thin Moon comes with an intense blue dial with a sunray effect in the centre. It transforms into a gradient effect as it expands towards the periphery until it reaches a Midnight blue colour. The layout of the dial follows the format of the other variants with applied triangular faceted hour markers and Dauphine’s hands that match the rose gold of the case, which also applies to the brand’s logo at noon. A minute dot track and a date sub-dial with a pointer at 6 o’clock that also houses a moon-phase aperture.
The 18K Pink Gold case measuring 39mm in diameter and 9.30mm thick comes with a polished finish, smooth bezel, sapphire crystal on both sides, fluted crown embossed with brand’s “JL” letters, underneath correction pushers at 4 and 8 o ‘clock and 50m water resistance.
Inside it operates the ultra-thin In-house Caliber 925 with 241 components and a thickness of just 4.90mm, reaching 28,800 Vph and offering 70 hours of power reserve. The automatic movement, seen through the sapphire case back, is decorated with Côtes de Geneve and gold engravings on the bridge, blue screws and a gold skeletonized oscillating weight engraved with the brand’s signature.
The elegant watch is attached to a blue alligator leather strap with an 18K Pink Gold pin buckle and comes at the same price as the other gold version at €25,500.
