Introducing The SpaceOne WorldTimer: A Futuristic Take On Global Timekeeping
SpaceOne, the independent watch brand known for combining cutting-edge design with accessible high-end horology, unveils its latest creation: the SpaceOne WorldTimer. The third chapter in the brand’s evolution, this timepiece stands out with a modular complication designed by celebrated young watchmaker Théo Auffret, encased in a distinctively styled Grade 5 titanium chassis.

A Multi-Dial Display Engineered for Clarity
The SpaceOne WorldTimer introduces a unique and intuitive tri-display layout that rethinks the way we interact with time. At the 3 o’clock position, a subdial offers a clear reading of both minutes and seconds. Moving to the 6 o’clock position, an independent jumping hour display adds balance to the composition while enhancing legibility. On the left side of the dial, at 9 o’clock, a large rotating disc shows 24 reference cities, allowing the wearer to track time zones around the world. By aligning the home city at the top of the disc, local time syncs with the dial, and all other time zones can be read at a glance—excluding those with non-standard offsets, such as half- or quarter-hour differences.

All timekeeping functions are operated via a single three-position crown. The first position enables manual winding. In the second position, the wearer can quickly adjust the city disc, a feature made possible by the module developed by Théo Auffret. The third and final position allows for synchronized setting of both the 12-hour time and the 24-hour world time display.
Inside the Movement: Proven Mechanics with Bespoke Innovation
At the heart of the WorldTimer lies the Soprod P024 automatic movement, chosen for its reliability and versatility. This Swiss-made caliber serves as the base for Auffret’s world time module, which is assembled and fine-tuned in Paris. The result is a robust mechanical platform with a 38-hour power reserve that offers a rare combination of traditional watchmaking and modern complication at a relatively accessible price point.

Titanium Case Design: Sculptural and Bold
The WorldTimer’s Grade 5 titanium case emphasizes SpaceOne’s commitment to avant-garde design and functional aesthetics. Its construction features a mix of polished, brushed, and sandblasted finishes, offering a dynamic play of textures that complement the futuristic character of the watch. Though it measures 41.90 mm from lug to lug, the case spans 52.70 mm across its longest side due to its asymmetrical layout. It has a height of 15.88 mm, giving it a commanding presence on the wrist while remaining wearable thanks to thoughtful ergonomics and integrated strap placement.

Available in three distinct color variations—natural titanium silver, blued titanium, and a black-coated version—the SpaceOne WorldTimer blends sculptural appeal with purposeful functionality.
