Introducing The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Orbis In Machina Central Monotourbillon
One of the novelties brought by Roger Dubuis to Watches And Wonders this year is the new Excalibur Orbis in Machina Central Monotourbillon.
The imposing 45mm by 14.40mm rose gold watch comes with a notched bezel, sapphire crystal on both sides, crown at 3 o’clock with guards and 100m of water resistance.
On the open dial, we find a flange with a satin brushed finish and applied gold hour markers that at the noon position are replaced by the brand’s lettering and, like the hands, are filled with Super-LumiNova. In the centre of the dial we find a gold plate on which two rings stand, the first wider on the outside with the gold minute markers and another smaller one on the inside with the seconds and on which the flying tourbillon rotates and which also come with a satin brushed finish.
Inside lives the 286-component Caliber RD115, which reaches 21,600 Bph and comes with 72 hours of power reserve.
It is a limited edition of 88 pieces that come attached to a calf leather strap with a rose gold folding clasp and is advertised with a price of €200,826 plus taxes.
