Introducing the Oris Divers Sixty Five Glow

Oris has just released a new Divers Sixty-Five 40mm, which comes with a gradient gray dial and turquoise lume applied to the hands, hour markers, and on the inverted triangle at 12 o’clock. This color combination is a novelty in the collection, adding to the black, navy blue, green, gradient green, and gradient brown dials already existing, the same applies to the new lume color since the entire other collection features a lume in a dirty white tone. According to the brand, the contrast between the gray gradient dial and the turquoise lume allows for better visibility underwater where visibility conditions are lower, but also out of the water where the clear lume on the dial allows easy time reading.
The new Sixty-Five in addition to what was mentioned above adds little more in terms of novelties, the model does not come with a date window thus joining the restricted list of models in its collection with this feature as is the case of the Oris x Momotaro, Carl Brashear Limited Edition and the two chronographs in the collection, and it should be noted that this small detail can make a difference for some.
So everything else stays the same, 40mm stainless steel case, black unidirectional bezel, screw-in crown, stainless steel screwed case back, sapphire domed glass, and 100m of water resistance. Inside, the Caliber Oris 733 automatic movement based on the Sellita SW 200-1 is maintained, offering up to 38 hours of power reserve. The watch is offered with a black leather strap or stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp.
The watch is already available on the brand’s website, at a price of € 1,800 on the strap version and € 2,000 on the bracelet version.
