Let’s go for a new Pitch Watch
Oris has just added to its Big Crown collection, which is also the oldest design, four new bronze watches, in a total of eight variants. The Swiss brand, which already had six bronze watches in its collection, divided between four steel models with a bronze bezel and two more with a 36mm bronze case and crown, now adds four new watches with a 40mm case, crown and bracelet all in bronze, which can also be purchased with a leather strap in place of the bracelet.
The watches do not have any technical or design evolution, keeping their main features, outside 40mm bronze case, screw-down crown, domed sapphire crystal, see-through case back and 50m water resistance. On the dial, the usual configuration of Arabic hour markers, railroad minute track, date ring that works in partnership with the red-tipped central hand and golden cathedral hands. Inside operates the Caliber Oris 754 automatic movement based on the Sellita SW200-1 which offers up to 38h of power reserve.
The new Oris Big Crown Pointer Date is offered in four color options on the dial, namely green, blue, brown and burgundy. The watches are already available in the brand’s official boutiques and retailers at prices of €1,900 and €2,300 when purchased with a leather strap or bronze bracelet respectively.
