Introducing The New Oris ProPilot GMT Red Dial

The Oris ProPilot is back with a new GMT version, which adds a darkened grey case to the red dial for stealth style.

The watch arrives in the traditional round stainless steel case with a diameter of 41.50mm which here comes with a matte grey PVD finish, the traditional edge-coin bezel filled with a pulsometer scale and painted with a red inverted triangle at 12 o’clock, fluted crown at three hours whose size allows it to be handled with gloves paying homage to its pilot roots, domed sapphire crystal on both sides and 100m water resistance.

Its red dial comes with a gradient effect that intensifies the tone from the inside out, and on it we can find, applied Arabic numerals and hands all filled with Super-LumiNova, a date window next to the crown with a black background, a white minute track and an extra central GMT hand with a red arrow-shaped tip that together with the slanted 24-hour inner bezel provides a second time zone.

Powered by the 25-jewel Caliber 798 automatic movement, it operates at 28,800 Vph and offers up to 42 hours of power reserve.

The watch, which can now be found in the brand’s official boutiques and authorized retailers, comes attached to a black textile strap with red leather lining and the brand’s patented ‘Lift’ clasp in the same material as the case, which can be purchased for the price of €2,900.
