Introducing The New Code41 Unify
Code41 is a Swiss watch brand founded in 2016 by Claudio D’Amore in Lausanne. From the beginning, it has been guided by a policy of reaching out to its audience, fostered by transparency and fair prices.
Its new creation called “Unify”, meets the latest market trends translated into a sports chic watch with an integrated bracelet, which is also associated with the ideals of tolerance, equality and diversity.
The new Unify collection has three models in the permanent collection that come with a blue, silver or white dial, with the latter coming with a small seconds with an Equality Flag on the background in tan tones. It also has a limited edition of 88 pieces created in partnership with Iranian-American artist Sharoz Makarechi that come with a faded light blue dial painted with a clenched fist in defence of human rights with a portion of sales going to benefit the organization Equal Justice Initiative.
The watch wears a 38mm stainless steel tonneau-shaped case with a brushed finish on the surfaces and polished on the bevels, featuring a raised smooth bezel, sapphire crystal on both sides, fluted crown at 3 o’clock with the brand’s signature and 100m of water resistance.
The dial is designed with a crosshair. On it, we can find applied indexes and two pencil centre hands filled with luminescent material, a date window next to the crown and on the opposite side a small seconds at 9 o’clock which in the quartz version comes before the 6 o’clock position, and finally a railway minute track next to the edges.
The glass back reveals the 31-jewel Sellita SW290-1 automatic movement, which runs at 28,800 Vph and offers up to 41 hours of power reserve, while in the quartz version, we find the Swiss Ronda 6004.D movement.
The new Code41 Unify comes attached to an integrated brushed steel bracelet with a double-folding clasp.
The watches will be available for pre-order from today until July 31st, with prices ranging between CHF 790 for the variants of the permanent collection with quartz movement and CHF 1,540 for the limited edition with automatic movement.
