Introducing The Ming 20.01 Series 3 In Rose Gold
Ming has just presented its latest creation, the 20.01 Series 3, which comes in a rose gold case and a borosilicate dial.
The watch is housed in a 41.50mm x 14.20mm case in 18k 5N rose gold and a midle caseband in DLC-coated Grade 5 Titanium. It features sapphire crystal on the front and back, “flying blade” lugs, a crown at 4 o’clock, two horizontal pushers at 2 and 10 o’clock and 50m water resistant.
The fused borosilicate dial is made of 600 voids arranged in a spiral pattern and syringe-filled with Super-LumiNova, which, together with the laser etched sapphire crystal and the contrasting hour and minute hands, provide a turquoise light show in the dark. Finally, two centre blue hands, one in the shape of a needle and the other in a skeletonized form, function as a 60-second and 60-minute counter dedicated to the chronograph.
Powered by the hand-wound Agengraphe calibre 6361.M1, which is also found in other Ming watches and which here comes with an 18k 5N rose gold plating, it reaches 21,600 Vph and offers up to 55 hours of power reserve.
The chronograph is attached to a black goatskin leather strap with Alcantara lining and an 18k 5N rose gold buckle supplied by Jean Rosseau.
This is a limited edition of 20 pieces, which is scheduled to begin deliveries in early October priced CHF 43,500.
