Introducing the Hublot Big Bang Unico Summer
Hublot is an innovative brand that distinguishes itself from the others for the use of different materials and different colors in its creations and today presents us its latest creation for the summer, the Big Bang Unico Summer Perfect Memories of Summer.
This Big Bang, unlike other models, does not come with the traditional ceramic case but rather with a turquoise anodized aluminum case, which extends throughout the watch, including the bezel, crown, chronograph pump pushers, and the two straps that come with the watch, one in fabric with Velcro and one in rubber. The watch presents itself as a unisex model due to its dimensions, lightness, and scratch resistance conferred by the watch’s aluminum material.
The watch comes in a case size of 42 mm in diameter by 14.5 mm thick, skeletonized dial with a turquoise 60 minutes counter and a date aperture at 3 o’clock and small seconds at 9 o’clock. The accents on the dial are white, as the lume that fills the hands and hour indexes. The turquoise tone of the aluminum case is balanced by the gray movement elements that can be seen through the dial, namely the column-wheel chronograph, the remaining elements can be seen through the open case back made in titanium.
Inside operates the Unico 2 automatic movement, Caliber HUB1280, composed of 354 parts, with 28,800 Vph and offering up to 70 hours of power reserve.
As mentioned above the watch is offered with a turquoise fabric strap with velcro and white stitched and a turquoise rubber strap in the shape of longitudinal stripes, both straps come with anodized aluminum turquoise hardware and the patented interchangeable “One Click ” attachment system.
The Big Bang Unico Summer is a limited edition of 200 pieces and will initially only be available at the brand’s online store and in the Mediterranean boutiques in Capri, Forte dei Marmi, Mykonos, Ibiza, Bodrum, Saint-Tropez, and Monaco, for the price of €20,700.
