Introducing Hamilton’s Jazzmaster Performer Lineup

Hamilton last year introduced the Jazzmaster Performer collection, focusing on a versatile sports watch with contemporary lines, in three different sizes, 34 and 38mm with simple time functions and a larger 42mm that adds date and chronograph functions. The brand is now expanding the collection with 9 new references that come with some “image touches”.

The new watches are all presented on the outside with a mainly brushed stainless steel case, screwed crown and case-back, sapphire glass, open case back, 100m water resistance and a 3-link steel bracelet matching the case.

The only highlight on the dial is the sunray-brushed finish that we can find regardless of the colour tone, except the off-white version that comes with a matte finish, and all keeping the applied hour markers and Dauphine’s hands filled with luminescent material.

Automatic Chronograph 42mm

Starting with the new Automatic Chronograph 42 comes with a fixed tachymeter steel bezel and the crown is joined by two horizontal pushers assigned to the chronograph. On the dial there are three registers at 3-6-9 o’clock which now come with a silver frame and a date window at 4:30. Inside operates the Caliber H31 based on the Valjoux 7753 which features a Nivachron balance spring, operating 28,800 Vph and offering up to 60 hours of power reserve.

There are two new references, one comes with a greyish blue dial and the other in the previous dark blue but now attached with a steel bracelet both priced €2,525.

Automatic 38mm

The Automatic 38mm, as well as the smaller version that we will already talk about, now comes with a slimmer 60-minute bezel that replaces the previous tachymeter one to which is also added the new Caliber H10 movement based on the Powermatic 80, which operates on a frequency 4 Hz and offers up to 80 hours of power reserve. Here we also find two new references, one with an off-white dial and black bezel and the other with a dark blue dial and steel bezel, both watches come with a price of €1,225.

Automatic 34mm

Finally, we have the reduced version of the Automatic in 34mm, which comes with the same characteristics as the larger version we just talked about, including the automatic movement, featuring five new colours on the dial, namely, dark blue, green, pink, purple and silver, which like the 38mm version comes with a price tag of €1,225.
