Hublot has unveiled the Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake, a stunning limited edition created to celebrate the upcoming lunar Year of the Snake. Building on the success of the Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Dragon 2024, this new edition introduces the chronograph complication, setting it apart from its predecessor, which featured only time functions.
The watch boasts a 42mm black ceramic case with a sandblasted finish, measuring 14.10mm thick. Its bezel is intricately engraved with a snakeskin-style motif, echoing the serpentine theme. The case design includes a fluted crown at 3 o’clock, adorned with Hublot’s signature detail, flanked by two block-shaped pushers. Sapphire crystals on both sides enhance visibility while maintaining the timepiece’s robust water resistance of up to 100 meters.
The black openworked dial is an exquisite canvas of contrasts, featuring gold skeletonized hands and indexes.
