Hamilton Presents The Jazzmaster Skeleton With A New Face And Size
Hamilton reinforces its Jazzmaster collection with four new Skeleton models that, in addition to the renewed dial, now debut a new size of 36mm and which joins the previous size of 40mm.
The new openworked dials despite retaining most of the previous configuration, are presented with new colours and some different details. The new 36mm size arrives with a plum dial or in pink, while the 40mm comes in navy blue or white.
The new dials come with new “cutouts” that highlight parts of the movement such as the balance wheel and the power reserve barrel, conserving the 1/3 seconds track outer ring, applied silver hour markers (which in the case of the white dial are replaced by gilt accents ), Dauphine hands filled with Super-LumiNova, a centre seconds hand and the brand’s inscriptions at 3 o’clock which includes its vintage logo.
On the outside, the stainless steel case maintains the previous round configuration with a smooth bezel and sculpted lugs, with dimensions of 40mm in diameter by 11.05mm thick in the largest size and 36mm by 10.05mm in the new reduced size, sapphire glass on both sides, fluted crown at 3 o’clock and 50m water resistance.
Inside there is nothing new, continuing to run the automatic movement Caliber H-10-S based on the Powermatic 80, operating at 21,600 Vph and offering up to 80 hours of power reserve.
The new watches are attached to a plum leather strap for the pink variant and pink for the plum variant, brown for the blue variant and green for the white variant, with the option of a steel bracelet being also available for the plum and blue variants.
The watches are already available in the brand’s official boutiques and authorized retailers with prices ranging between €1,245 and €1,295 for the reduced size and €1,325 and €1,375 for the larger size.
