From Tool To Classic: Sinn Launches The 104 Classic 12, EZM 3 S, And 556 Limited Editions
German watchmaker Sinn Spezialuhren has presented three new releases for September 2025, each highlighting a different aspect of the brand’s identity. The line-up features the updated EZM 3 S diver’s watch, a set of colorful 556 models with pastel guilloché dials, and the refined 104 Classic 12.
Sinn 104 Classic 12 – Introducing Small Seconds
The 104 Classic 12 brings a refined update to one of Sinn’s most popular models. For the first time in the 104 collection, the watch incorporates a small seconds display positioned at six o’clock, adding a touch of elegance to the functional design. The familiar 41 mm stainless steel case remains, now paired with a black sunburst dial that proudly bears the inscription Frankfurt am Main. A ceramic 12-hour bezel insert allows for the tracking of an additional time zone, enhancing the watch’s practicality.

Like the 556, the 104 Classic 12 offers water resistance up to 20 bar, ensuring durability in daily use. It is powered by the Sellita SW261-1 automatic movement, which runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 38-hour power reserve. The movement is visible through a sapphire crystal case back set into the screw-in case. The model is available on a variety of straps, including leather and fabric, as well as a steel bracelet. Pricing is set at € 1,690 on a strap and € 1,990 on the bracelet.

Sinn EZM 3 S – Built for Extreme Conditions
The new EZM 3 S continues Sinn’s long tradition of professional-grade tool watches designed for uncompromising performance. This model is engineered to perform under the most demanding diving and environmental conditions. It offers water resistance up to 500 meters, and remains reliable in temperatures ranging from –45 °C to +80 °C. To further enhance durability, it is resistant to magnetic fields up to 80,000 A/m (1,000 gauss) and is equipped with Sinn’s Ar-Dehumidifying Technology, which prevents fogging and extends the life of the movement. The case is finished with a black hard Tegimented coating, providing outstanding scratch resistance.

The watch measures 41 mm in stainless steel with a height of 12.30 mm and can be fitted with a steel bracelet, a fabric strap, or a silicone strap. Powering the EZM 3 S is the Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering a power reserve of 38 hours. Available in Sand, Ice Blue, Mauve, and Sage, each version is limited to 300 pieces. The guilloché motif is divided into twelve sections, creating a striking sunburst effect that adds depth and character to the dials.

Each watch features a 38.50 mm satin-finished stainless steel case with a slim profile of just 11 mm, making it an ideal everyday companion. Despite its elegant appearance, the 556 remains robust, offering 20-bar water resistance, sapphire crystals on both sides, and a screw-down crown with a screw-in case back. Inside the case beats the familiar Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of 38 hours. Customers can choose from fabric or leather straps, as well as a steel bracelet. Prices range from € 1,450 to € 1,750 depending on the configuration.
