Delma Revives The 1924 Tourbillon With Stunning New Spring Hues
Delma introduces a fresh take on the 1924 Tourbillon, following the remarkable success of its anniversary edition that celebrated the brand’s centennial milestone. This time, the exquisite timepiece returns in two striking new dial colors—blue and salmon—perfectly timed for the arrival of spring.

Retaining its distinctive tonneau-shaped stainless steel case, the watch measures 41mm in diameter and 14mm in thickness, featuring a primarily brushed finish with polished bevels for an elegant contrast. A domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal enhances visibility, while the smooth bezel and knurled screw-down crown at 3 o’clock, protected by arched guards, contribute to the watch’s robust 200-meter water resistance. The open case back, secured by four screws, provides a clear view of the intricate movement within.

The dial showcases a sophisticated concentric Guilloché pattern, replacing the grained texture of the anniversary edition. Nesting baton hour markers and hands filled with Super-LumiNova ensure optimal legibility, while the one-minute tourbillon at 6 o’clock is suspended by a striking V-shaped bridge adorned with two blue screws and a seconds pointer. A printed minute track along the edges adds to the timepiece’s refined aesthetic, with the brand’s signature proudly displayed at noon.

At the heart of the Delma 1924 Tourbillon beats the manually wound Caliber DT100-01, a masterpiece developed in collaboration with Olivier Mory. This 19-jewel movement operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour and delivers an impressive 105-hour power reserve. Through the sapphire crystal case back, enthusiasts can admire the movement’s intricate finishing, including a dark gray ruthenium-treated, Perlage decoration on the baseplate, Côtes de Genève embellishments on the bridges, and gold inscriptions that underscore its exclusivity.

Each timepiece is paired with a stainless steel bracelet featuring a deployant clasp, complemented by an additional Italian leather strap with a steel folding clasp. The new Delma 1924 Tourbillon is available for pre-order until March 31st at a special price of €10,900, with deliveries expected in May. After this period, the price will rise to €15,200, reinforcing the exclusivity of these highly limited editions, with only 25 pieces of each variant available. Collectors and horology enthusiasts have a unique opportunity to secure a refined timepiece that seamlessly blends historical significance with contemporary craftsmanship.
