The Czapek Promenade Plissé brings a fresh fashion-forward twist to the elegant 38mm dress watch collection launched just a year ago. This new limited edition captures attention with its distinctive dials that feature asymmetrical streaks inspired by the pleated patterns found in fabric. The term “Plissé” itself comes from French, meaning “pleated,” perfectly describing the textured dial design that adds sophistication and depth to these refined timepieces.
Offered in three captivating colors—ivory, pearl white, and rose—the dials showcase a radiant sunray finish, creating a mesmerizing play of light and shade. Manufactured by Meatlem using a precise stamping technique, these dials are adorned with applied indexes, openworked arrow-shaped hands, and a smooth off-center small seconds at 4:30, with the Czapek lettering elegantly positioned at noon.
Housed in a polished 38mm stainless steel case, the Promenade Plissé measures 10.80mm in thickness and 42mm in length. The refined case design includes a smooth bezel, sand-blasted hollowed sides, and a fluted crown at 3 o’clock. Dual sapphire crystals protect the watch, which boasts a water resistance of up to 50 meters.
Inside beats the heart of Czapek’s Caliber SXH5, a 127-component platinum micro-rotor automatic movement with finger bridges. This sophisticated mechanism operates at 28,800 Vph and offers a robust 60-hour power reserve.
To complement the stylish design, the ivory and pearl white editions are paired with luxurious Nubuck leather straps, while the rose version arrives on a sleek steel Milanese bracelet. Each color variant is limited to just 18 pieces, reflecting the exclusivity of this collection.
