Czapek Presents the Antarctique With Aventurine Blue Dial And Diamond Accents
Czapek has reintroduced the Antarctique collection with an updated design that now features a stunning aventurine blue dial and optional diamonds, making it a striking addition to the luxury sports watch market.
The deep blue dial is crafted from aventurine stone, creating a sparkling pattern reminiscent of a starry night sky. This unique texture adds depth and allure to the watch face. The dial maintains a minimalist design, displaying only time functions with three central hands for hours, minutes, and seconds. The hour markers are available in two options: the Polar Sky, which features polished markers, and the Flying Diamonds, which showcases diamond hour markers for an extra touch of luxury. The hour and minute hands are filled with Super-LumiNova for visibility in low light, while the second hand is equipped with a leaf-shaped counterweight for a distinctive look. The brand’s lettering, followed by “Geneve,” is prominently displayed at the 12 o’clock position.
The case is made from stainless steel and comes in two sizes: 40.50mm and 38.50mm in diameter, both with a thickness of 10.60mm. It has a brushed finish, contributing to a refined aesthetic, and is topped with a smooth polished bezel. The watch is equipped with sapphire crystal glass and an open case back that allows a view of the movement inside. The screw-down crown is positioned at 3 o’clock and is flanked by guards, ensuring durability and water resistance. With a water resistance rating of up to 120 meters, the watch is suitable for swimming.
Inside we find the In-house SXH5 micro-rotor movement with 28 jewels, which runs 28,800 Vph and offers up to 60 hours of power reserve.
The watch is paired with a traditional brushed integrated steel bracelet featuring polished U-shaped interconnecting links and a branded folding clasp, providing a secure and comfortable fit.
The Antarctique collection is available in four limited-edition variants, distinguished by size and the presence of diamond markers. The Polar Sky variant is available in a 40.50mm version limited to 99 pieces and a 38.50mm version limited to 77 pieces, both priced at CHF 26,000. The Flying Diamonds variant is offered in a 40.50mm version, extremely limited with only 8 pieces available and priced at CHF 42,800, and a 38.50mm version limited to 18 pieces, priced at CHF 38,000.
The reimagined Czapek Antarctique is a chic sports watch that seamlessly blends elegance with robust functionality. The aventurine blue dial, options for polished or diamond hour markers, integrated bracelet, and substantial water resistance make it a versatile choice for both formal occasions and everyday wear.
