Chronoswiss Debuts Three Exquisite Delphis Watches With Hand-Guilloché Dials

Chronoswiss has just announced the arrival of three new watches in its Delphis collection. Launched last year and a descendant of the Classic Regulator, the watch stands out for featuring a jumping hour, retrograde minutes and small seconds on the dial.

The new watches come with hand-guilloché dials with seven layers of Grand Feu Enamel. The Delphis Horizon with a blue dial and the Delphis Dune with an amber dial come in a Titanium case while the Delphis Dracula features a red dial and red gold case.

Housed in a 42mm by 14.50mm round case with a polished finish on the surfaces and vertically brushed on the profile, straight drilled lugs, sapphire crystal on the front and back, onion-shaped crown at 3 o’clock and 100m water resistance.

The upper half of the curved dial is occupied by the retrograde minute that comes with a circular guilloche background, a black ruler along the edges with ceramic Arabic numerals and dots, a skeletonized hand and a square window at noon with the jumping hour. The open lower half comes with two blackened bridges on an anthracite-grained bottom and a small second also with a circular guilloche.

At its heart runs the automatic movement C. 6004 by La Joux-Perret, with 37-jewel which lies 28,800 Vph and offers up to 55 hours of power reserve.

The trio of new Delphis are limited to 50 units each, attached to a black rubber strap with a folding clasp in the same material as the case and priced at CHF 19,800 for the titanium versions and CHF 38,000 for the red gold one, both plus taxes.
