Bulova Expands Snorkel Series With Coral Reef Limited Edition
Bulova continues to ride the wave of innovation and bold design with the release of the Snorkel Coral Reef, a striking limited-edition addition to its Oceanographer Snorkel collection. Inspired by the vibrant ecosystems of coral reefs, this new model builds upon the same durable and eye-catching formula introduced in January—now elevated with fresh materials and a meaningful environmental message.

The standout feature of the Snorkel Coral Reef is its vibrant teal wave-pattern dial, housed inside a 41 mm cushion-shaped white Hybrid-ceramic composite case. This lightweight yet durable material gives the watch a modern edge while offering excellent resistance to scratches and wear. Surrounding the dial is a teal unidirectional bezel with a bicolor insert, continuing the line’s functional dive watch credentials with a 60-minute scale and lumed pip at noon.

Unlike its siblings—which are paired with rubber Tropic-style straps—the Coral Reef is fitted with a violet NATO strap made from #TIDE Ocean Material, a fabric crafted from ocean-bound plastic waste. The combination of violet and teal offers a unique color contrast while emphasizing sustainability, aligning the watch’s marine inspiration with tangible environmental responsibility.

Functionally, the new Snorkel Coral Reef shares the same robust build as the rest of the collection. It features a box mineral crystal, a screw-down solid stainless steel case back, and a stainless steel crown, with 100 meters of water resistance. The case back is individually numbered and etched with a detailed coral illustration, marking its status as a limited edition of only 3,000 pieces.

Inside, it is powered by the reliable Miyota 2115 quartz movement, offering an accuracy of +/- 15 seconds per month and driven by an SR626SW battery with an approximate three-year life span. The silver-tone hands and applied hour markers are filled with luminescent material, ensuring visibility in low-light conditions. A framed date window is placed near the crown at 3 o’clock, maintaining the clean and symmetrical dial layout consistent across the Snorkel series.

The launch of the Bulova Snorkel Coral Reef not only enriches the brand’s growing ceramic dive watch family but also strengthens its connection to oceanic themes and sustainability. Priced at USD 395, this limited edition is a compelling proposition for collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate the fusion of style, storytelling, and eco-conscious design.
