Bremont Reaches New Heights With The Altitude MB Meteor
Bremont takes a bold step into 2025 with the launch of the Altitude MB Meteor, a striking evolution of its aviation heritage. As part of the newly refreshed Altitude collection, the MB Meteor reflects the brand’s deep-rooted partnership with Martin-Baker, the legendary British ejector seat manufacturer.

This latest model doesn’t just nod to the original MBII—it reimagines it. The iconic Cerakote orange barrel makes a vibrant return, now framed by sleeker proportions, high-performance materials, and refined ergonomics tailored for real-world use. Built for those who live life on the edge, the MB Meteor is a testament to Bremont’s uncompromising commitment to function-driven design and military-grade durability.
A Modernized Titanium Architecture
At the heart of the Altitude MB Meteor is Bremont’s signature Trip-Tick case, now crafted from Grade 2 titanium, which offers a robust yet lighter build. The orange mid-case—treated with Cerakote ceramic coating—is engineered to enhance surface hardness and scratch resistance, while a subtly updated knurled pattern preserves its instantly recognizable profile.

This model introduces a more streamlined silhouette with case dimensions of 42 mm in diameter, 12.23 mm in height, and a lug-to-lug span of 49.30 mm, providing a more wearable experience on a variety of wrists. The watch retains the dual-crown layout, a defining characteristic of the MB series. One crown controls the time-setting, while the second operates the bi-directional Roto-Click internal timing bezel – both crowns slightly enlarged for easier handling and finished with an updated grip design.
Refined Dial Options for Maximum Legibility
The Altitude MB Meteor is available with either a galvanic black or a brushed silver dial. In both variants, the display prioritizes legibility with applied stencil-style Arabic numerals filled with Super-LumiNova. These numerals are complemented by luminous hour and minute hands, finished in matte black to reduce glare and maintain contrast. At the center, the seconds hand features Bremont’s signature striped counterweight, designed to resemble the pull-cord handle of an ejector seat—a small but meaningful tribute to its aviation heritage.

A series of square-shaped luminous markers encircle the outer track of the dial, further enhancing readability in low-light environments. All of this is safeguarded by a box-shaped sapphire crystal treated with multiple layers of anti-reflective coating on both sides for optimum clarity from every angle.
Engineered for Performance Inside and Out
Inside the titanium case beats the Bremont Calibre BB14-AH, a self-winding mechanical movement based on the La Joux-Perret G100. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers an impressive 68-hour power reserve. Bremont has engineered the calibre to sit within a shock-resistant rubberized holder, and a soft iron inner cage provides essential protection against magnetic fields—ideal for environments where reliability under stress is paramount.

Turning the watch over reveals a sapphire crystal case back that offers a view of the decorated movement, including a gunmetal grey rotor adorned with Geneva stripes. Despite this open construction, the watch remains water-resistant to 100 meters, making it as versatile as it is visually striking.
Versatile Wearing Options
The Altitude MB Meteor offers flexibility when it comes to wearability. It can be fitted with a Grade 2 titanium bracelet, featuring a concealed folding clasp and a built-in quick-release system that allows for easy strap changes. For a sportier or more rugged appearance, it is also available with a black rubber strap. Those who prefer a more classic or formal style can opt for a leather strap, while a military-style NATO strap, woven in France by the renowned textile manufacturer Julien Faure, adds a heritage-inspired touch grounded in function.

Pricing and Availability
The Bremont Altitude MB Meteor is priced at € 5,500 when fitted with a strap and € 5,950 on the titanium bracelet. With its lightweight construction, technical movement protection, and distinctive orange barrel, the Altitude MB Meteor is a modern evolution of the MB series—engineered for flight, designed for everyday resilience, and built to withstand the forces few other watches are tested to endure.
