Brellum Introduces Limited Duobox Triple Calendar Moonphase with Salmon Dial

Brellum has introduced a new limited-edition variant of its Duobox Triple Calendar Moonphase Chronometer, featuring a warm salmon-colored dial and offering buyers a choice between stainless steel and titanium cases. This latest release continues the brand’s commitment to combining classic complications with contemporary styling in small production runs.

Case and Construction

The case of the Duobox Triple Calendar Moonphase retains its distinctive dimensions—41.8mm in diameter, 51.8mm lug-to-lug, and 15.9mm thick. Despite the multiple complications, the watch offers an impressive 100 meters of water resistance. Buyers can choose between a 316L stainless steel or grade 5 titanium case.

The case features a primarily brushed finish, complemented by polished elements including the smooth bezel, chronograph pushers, and angled chamfers that add refinement to its sporty silhouette. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, while a fluted crown—engraved with Brellum’s signature—sits at the 3 o’clock position. There’s also a built-in corrector at 10 o’clock to adjust the calendar functions. On the reverse side, a transparent case back secured with six screws offers a clear view of the decorated movement inside.

Dial and Display

The most notable change in this version is the introduction of a salmon opaline dial, adding visual warmth and enhancing the legibility of the watch’s multiple functions. The dial is accented with polished applied indices and hands, a blue chronograph seconds hand, and a matching blue moonphase disc, which provide contrast and balance.

The Duobox Triple Calendar Moonphase integrates several complications in a well-organized layout. The month and day are displayed in twin windows located within the upper sub-dial, which also serves as the 30-minute chronograph counter. Around the dial’s perimeter, a pointer date is indicated by a central hand. The 12-hour chronograph counter and moonphase indicator are combined within the lower sub-dial. On the left side, another sub-dial shows the running seconds along with a 24-hour day/night indicator, presented via an additional blued hand.

The main timekeeping is handled by central hour and minute hands, complemented by the chronograph seconds hand and the date pointer. To ensure readability in low-light conditions, the watch includes Super-LumiNova on the central hands, as well as two luminous pips near the top of the dial.

Movement and Finishing

Powering the watch is the Brellum BR-751 automatic movement, based on the chronometer-certified Valjoux 7751. The movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and delivers a 46-hour power reserve. Brellum enhances the caliber with decorative elements including perlage, Geneva stripes, blued screws, and a custom 4N gold-coated openworked rotor—visible through a domed sapphire crystal case back.

Strap Option

The watch is paired with a handmade leather strap featuring an alligator pattern and a signed deployant buckle matching the case material.

Limited Edition and Pricing

This new salmon dial edition is limited to just 33 individually numbered pieces, covering both the stainless steel and titanium variants. Pricing is set at CHF 3,690 for the stainless steel model and CHF 3,890 for the titanium version. Each piece is produced in-house by Brellum with an emphasis on precision and craftsmanship.
