The Bell & Ross BR-X5 Blue Lum is the latest evolution in the brand’s luminescent series, building on the success of the BR-X5 Green Lum introduced a year prior. This new release retains the key design elements and materials that made the Green Lum stand out but brings a fresh blue luminescence to its 41mm wide and 12.80mm high case. The case, crafted from luminous LM3D composite, is supported by a middle case container made of black DLC and micro-blasted Grade 2 titanium, which extends to the bezel, crown, crown guards, and the open case back.
The standout feature of the BR-X5 Blue Lum is its fully luminescent case, which glows in the dark, providing a striking contrast to the matte black dial. The dial maintains a clean and practical layout with applied hour markers, skeletonized hands, and a slanted flange with Arabic numerals. Super-LumiNova outlines key features such as the power reserve indicator at 9 o’clock and the date window next to the crown, ensuring visibility even in low-light conditions.
Powered by the BR-Cal.323 automatic movement supplied by Kenissi, the watch offers excellent performance with COSC certification, a 28,800 Vph frequency, and a robust 70-hour power reserve. The smoked grey sapphire window on the case back provides a glimpse of the movement while maintaining the watch’s sleek, modern aesthetic.
