Jack Mason continues to build momentum in its tool-watch collection with the introduction of two new Strat-o-Timer Titanium Diver GMT variants. Known for its 1970s-inspired case shape and practical dual-time layout, the model now arrives in lightweight titanium while gaining full dive functionality.

A Titanium Case Built for Everyday Use

The new Strat-o-Timer Titanium Diver GMT models use a 40 mm Grade 2 titanium case with a thickness of 13 mm and a 47 mm lug-to-lug distance. The case retains the familiar cushion-shaped silhouette of the line and carries a fully brushed finish. Jack Mason applies a hard coating across the case and bracelet to improve resistance to scratches, something owners will appreciate on a watch intended for active wear.

Water resistance is rated to 200 meters, supported by a screw-down crown and solid construction. The watch is paired with a 20 mm, seven-row titanium bracelet that matches the matte look of the case and includes screwed links for straightforward sizing.

A Dive Bezel Meets a GMT Display

A key distinction of these new models is the shift from a traditional GMT bezel to a dedicated dive bezel. The polished bezel ring holds a brushed ceramic insert with a fully luminous 60-minute scale. This gives the Strat-o-Timer Titanium Diver GMT a clear diving orientation while keeping the dual-time function visible on the dial itself.

The 24-hour scale is printed inside the minute track, with odd numerals displayed between the applied hour markers. This layout keeps the dial balanced while allowing the even hours to coincide with the primary markers.

Two Colorways With Strong Lume Performance

Jack Mason offers the titanium Diver GMT in two versions: one with a black dial and black bezel insert, the other in bright blue. Both models use large applied indices filled with BGW9 Super-LumiNova. The hour, minute, seconds, and skeletonized orange GMT hand also receive luminous treatment for optimal visibility in low light.

A circular date window sits at 6 o’clock. It is smaller than the rectangular aperture found on the stainless steel Strat-o-Timer GMT models, offering a cleaner transition into the lower half of the dial.

Powered by the Miyota 9075 Flyer-Style GMT

Inside the titanium case is the Miyota 9075, an automatic flyer-style GMT movement. It runs at 28,800 vph, provides a 42-hour power reserve, and allows local-hour jumping for travel. Jack Mason regulates the movement to ±5 seconds per day, which is a notable improvement over the standard factory tolerance.

Comfort and Wearability

Titanium significantly reduces the weight of the watch without altering the established Strat-o-Timer profile. Combined with the compact lug-to-lug measurement, the watch sits comfortably on a wide range of wrists. The bracelet’s folding clasp includes a toolless micro-adjustment system, allowing quick on-the-fly sizing.
