A New Gastronomic Chapter On Portugal’s Silver Coast
Praia D’El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort is introducing a renewed gastronomic offering, with four distinct concepts designed to give guests and visitors a broader range of dining experiences.
From contemporary Italian cuisine and Atlantic-inspired dishes to themed international buffets and relaxed poolside dining, the revamped Emprata, Oceano, Tempera and Pool Bar combine different culinary identities while highlighting fresh ingredients and regional influences.
Led by Executive Chef Luís Correia, with chefs Bernardo Vitorino and Salomé Inácio involved in developing the new concepts, the renovation places gastronomy at the heart of the resort experience, reinforcing Praia D’El Rey Marriott’s position as a destination for both leisure and culinary discovery on the Silver Coast.
