A Culinary Journey: Tasca Da Memória’s New Menu Celebrates Portuguese Tradition
Tasca da Memória, located in the five-star boutique Wine & Books Hotels Lisboa between Belém and Ajuda, offers a new menu celebrating Portuguese gastronomic tradition and sharing around the table.
The menu features traditional starters such as Peixinhos da Horta, Beef Pica-Pau, and various Pataniscas, alongside new snacks like Bifana à Portuguesa and the Odete Sandwich. Soups include Caldo Verde and Alentejana Gaspacho.
Main dishes range from fish options like Cod with All and Shrimp and Bivalves Rice to meat dishes such as Lamb & Bread Alentejano and vegetarian choices like Vegetable Pataniscas.
Desserts include Sericaia with Orange Compote and Chocolate Mousse.
The restaurant boasts a welcoming atmosphere with books, wine bottles, warm colours, and wooden details, and offers a terrace for outdoor dining.
Open Sunday to Thursday from 12:30 pm to 10 pm, and Friday and Saturday until 10:30 pm, the restaurant seats 46 inside and 22 outside. The bar and terrace service operates daily from 10:30 am to midnight.
